Before selecting this equipment
Warm liquid dissolves oil and grease more effectively, lowers viscosity and improves cavitation; many general degreasing tasks run around 50-60 degrees C.
28 KHz gives stronger cavitation for robust parts and heavy soil; 40 KHz is more evenly distributed and a good default for general mixed parts.
Filtration and oil skimming are best included at build time because they require a side loop and pump, but the general-purpose platform supports them as an option.
