Our Ultrasonic Cleaner Factory
LENJEX designs and builds industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines in a dedicated production facility, from stainless fabrication to electrical assembly and testing.
Production
Fabrication to final testing
Tanks are fabricated from stainless steel and welded to a consistent specification, then fitted with heating, transducers, generators, controls and options such as filtration and lifting.
Every machine is assembled and checked before it is prepared for shipping rather than being built only when an order arrives.

What the factory supports
The facility supports standard single-tank and benchtop machines, multi-stage and automatic lines, and custom engineering for OEM and ODM partners.
Bath sizing, filtration, handling and safety are confirmed for each configuration, supported by a trial-cleaning service.
