Engineered for oversized parts and heavy industrial loads

The LJ-H series is designed for parts too large, heavy or contaminated for a standard bath. Reinforced construction, a load-bearing base, multi-face transducer arrays and independent generator zones provide structural capacity and acoustic coverage across a deep tank.

Engine blocks, large gearboxes, heavy molds, shafts, rollers, heat-exchanger components and other oversized workpieces that require planned lifting and multi-face ultrasonic coverage.

Heavy-gauge stainless construction uses external ribs and a welded skid base.

Bottom and side-wall arrays divide the bath into independently driven acoustic zones.

Independent generators
Each zone has auto tracking, sweep, soft start and separate 20-100% power control.

High-capacity heating
Stainless heating banks use PT100 control and a low-level interlock.

High-flow liquid management
Large-bore drainage, overflow and circulation filtration are sized for the bath volume.

Remote control cabinet
The separate cabinet can be positioned away from the hot and humid tank area.
