Continuous wash-rinse-dry production without baskets

Parts are spread in a single layer on a moving stainless mesh belt and carried through independently controlled process zones. Belt speed sets residence time and throughput, while each zone controls its own heating, filtration, spray pressure or ultrasonic power.
