- 01Tank and cleaning chamber
Effective size is 960 x 760 x 500 mm; the inner wall is 2.0 mm stainless and the outer cladding 0.8 mm stainless.
- 02Stainless support frame
The frame is welded from 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm stainless square tubing.
- 03Heating system
SUS304 heating tubes provide 3 kW per tank with ambient-80 degrees C adjustment.
- 04Low-level protection
Low liquid triggers an alarm and stops both heating and the pump.
- 05Pneumatic chamber door
A cylinder and solenoid valve provide automatic opening and closing.
- 06Electrical control system
The panel sets temperature and cleaning time and provides power, manual/auto, cycle start/stop and emergency-stop controls.
