YST-T Series Piezoelectric Ultrasonic Transducer (Cleaning Transducer / Vibrator)

Matched piezoelectric elements for a defined acoustic array

YST-T transducers clamp high-Q piezoelectric ceramics between metal masses under controlled torque. Units are impedance-tested and aged so an array can share the load evenly when driven by a correctly matched tracking generator.

New ultrasonic cleaners and plates, replacement repairs, retrofit power upgrades, special-frequency equipment and spare-stock programs.

Quality Control

  1. 01
    Selected piezoelectric ceramic

Elements are chosen for consistent piezoelectric coefficient and low dielectric loss.

  2. 02
    Controlled bolt clamping

Measured torque and pre-stress support stable resonance and fatigue life.

  3. 03
    Electrical testing

Every unit is checked for resonant frequency, impedance and insulation resistance.

  4. 04
    Aging and re-test

Units are aged and re-tested so delivered arrays remain closely matched.

  5. 05
    Rugged metal masses

The finish is suited to the warm and humid environment under a cleaning tank.

  6. 06
    Threaded mounting stud

The mounting design supports reliable bonding or bolting to a tank wall or vibration plate.
