Add ultrasonic cavitation to an existing or custom tank
The immersible vibration plate is a sealed stainless box with bonded transducers and a waterproof cable to an external generator. One or more modules can be installed on a tank bottom or wall, hung from the rim or flange-mounted without replacing the existing vessel.
Retrofit tanks, large or non-standard vessels, multi-stage lines and OEM equipment that need modular or multi-face ultrasonic coverage.

Construction
01
Pressure-tested stainless enclosure
The 2.5 mm welded SUS304 housing is sealed for submerged service; SUS316 is optional.
02
High-Q piezoelectric transducers
Bonded elements drive the radiating face for efficient cavitation.
03
Waterproof external connection
A sealed flexible cable keeps the matching generator outside the tank.
04
Multiple mounting methods
Rim hangers, side or bottom brackets, flange and quick fittings suit different vessels.
05
Auto-tracking generator
Sweep, soft start and 10-100% adjustable power are provided by the external generator.
06
Modular multi-face layout
Multiple plates can cover the bottom and sides of a large or deep bath.
