Filtration and pump module for bath reuse

LENJEX Solution Center

Waste Reduction & Bath Life

Filtration, oil skimming, counterflow rinsing and solvent recovery reduce liquid, chemistry and waste volumes.

Overview

Reducing waste in cleaning

Process design lowers waste at the source.

Cleaning waste is reduced by keeping baths usable longer and by using less water and solvent. Filtration and oil skimming remove particles and oil, counterflow rinsing cuts rinse water, and solvent distillation recovers media, concentrating only the waste.

The cleaner with filtration, vacuum cleaner and multi-stage systems support these measures, complementing water-based cleaning.

Recommended Route

A waste-reduction route

Designed into the line.

  1. Pre-cleanPre-clean heavy soil and separate oil
  2. FilterFilter and skim the wash bath
  3. RinseUse counterflow rinse stages
  4. RecoverRecover solvent or concentrate waste
  5. DischargeDischarge waste through the correct route
