Single-tank ultrasonic cleaning with circulating filtration and oil-water separation

This ultrasonic cleaner with filtration combines a heated single-tank bath with a side filtration loop and an oil-water separator so that removed oil and particles are carried away from the parts rather than redepositing on them. A booster pump draws bath liquid through a stainless reusable filter cartridge and returns it through a surface skimming port that gathers floating oil.

The single-tank ultrasonic cleaner platform is well matched to machined parts cleaning and oil and grease removal, where cutting fluid, chips and quenching oil load the bath quickly. Teams often ask how long an industrial ultrasonic bath can run before the liquid is exhausted; with continuous filtration and oil skimming, bath life and consistency between batches improve substantially compared with a still tank.

Filtration grade, pump flow, frequency (28 KHz standard, 40 KHz optional), heating and tank size are reviewed around the workpiece and contamination before the final configuration is confirmed.
