The ultrasonic cleaner with lifting platform uses a pneumatic or hydraulic platform to lower a loaded basket into the bath and lift it at the end, removing the need for operators to lift heavy loads. During cleaning, vertical oscillation (agitation) moves liquid through the parts, improving cavitation in dense loads and blind holes.
Lift capacity, agitation stroke and frequency, heating, ultrasound and tank dimensions are selected around the maximum basket weight and part geometry.
