Multi-Tank & Automatic Cleaning Systems

Robotic-Arm Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Cell

Flexible multi-axis cleaning in a compact cell

The robotic cleaning cell replaces an overhead gantry with a six-axis articulated arm. It serves tanks arranged in a compact cluster and can orient the load to purge trapped air, expose cavities and drain pockets before drying.

High-mix production, complex cavities, compact floor plans and cells that integrate cleaning with deburring, inspection or assembly.

Robotic Cell

Core Features

  1. 01
    Six-axis articulated robot

Payload is matched to the basket or fixture and enclosed by interlocked guarding.

  2. 02
    Free load orientation

Tilting, rotation and inversion improve air purging, drainage and cavitation exposure.

  3. 03
    Compact clustered tanks

The layout saves floor space and shortens transfer distances.

  4. 04
    PLC and HMI recipes

Per-station time, temperature and power are stored with fault display and teach mode.

  5. 05
    Custom tooling

Grippers, baskets and fixtures are designed around the part family.

  6. 06
    Independent ultrasonic generators

Each wash tank provides auto tracking, sweep and adjustable power.

  7. 07
    Integrated process stages

Filtration, oil removal, rinse, air knife and hot-air or vacuum drying are available.

  8. 08
    Factory integration

Vision, weighing, conveyors, AGVs and MES interfaces can be included.
