Multi-Tank & Automatic Cleaning Systems
Fully Automatic Rotary-Basket Ultrasonic Cleaning Line
Automatic rotating-basket multi-stage cleaning and drying line
The rotary basket ultrasonic cleaner is an automated multi-stage machine in which a sealed rotating basket or drum carries small, tumble-friendly parts through ultrasonic wash, rinse and drying. Rotation continuously tumbles the load so every part is exposed evenly and cavities drain freely.

Multi-Tank & Automatic Cleaning Systems
Fully Automatic Rotary-Basket Ultrasonic Cleaning Line
01
Rotating basket or drum
Tumbling exposes every part and drains cavities between stages.
02
Variable rotation speed
Speed is set for part size, geometry and fragility.
03
Multi-stage ultrasonic wash
Rough and fine wash stages handle heavy and light soil.
04
Rinse stages
Multi-stage rinsing controls detergent carryover.
05
Integrated drying
Hot-air or other drying matches the tumbling load.
06
Automatic transfer
Parts move between stages without manual handling.
07
Filtration and oil removal
Stage filtration and oil skimming keep the wash bath usable.
08
PLC control
Recipes and throughput are managed from a central control panel.

Product Questions
Before selecting this equipment
Small, tumble-friendly parts that can touch without damage, such as fasteners and small stamped or turned components. Delicate or must-not-touch parts are better on a mesh-belt or gantry line.
Tumbling continuously changes which surface is exposed, removes trapped liquid and air from cavities and ensures even coverage in a continuous high-volume process.
Three stages (wash, rinse, dry) cover general work; heavier oil or tighter cleanliness may require four to six stages including rough and fine wash and multiple rinses.
