What Defines a New Generation of Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning? technical detail
Equipment and process decisions should be reviewed against representative production parts.

LENJEX's new-generation systems combine automatic frequency tracking, sweep, rapid degassing, adjustable output and expanded automation options to keep cavitation and process timing consistent across the cleaning tank.

01

Digital ultrasonic control

The documented generator platform provides automatic frequency tracking, sweep and fast degassing, with ultrasonic output adjustable from 20% to 100%. These controls allow one system to support different workpiece loads while keeping the acoustic field stable as bath conditions change.

02

Recipes and automatic transfer

Industrial models can use PLC control and an HMI to set time, temperature, ultrasonic power and filtration cycles. Stored recipes support faster changeover, while gantry or robotic transfer can coordinate validated wash, rinse and drying steps.

03

Energy and liquid management

Double-layer insulation reduces heat loss around heated tanks. Higher-flow circulation with lower pressure loss, filtration and standby control can reduce unnecessary energy and chemistry use while supporting a more stable bath condition.

04

A range from compact baths to automatic lines

The product range runs from 2-48 L benchtop cleaners to large industrial baths and multi-stage automatic lines. Final stage count, tank size and handling method are selected from the workpiece, cleanliness target and production rate.

05

Construction and project confirmation

Wetted parts can be configured in SUS304 or SUS316. Materials, utilities, automation interfaces and test requirements are confirmed during the project review instead of being assumed from a standard model name.
