The mold shop maintained heavy injection molds and inserts with cavities that held release agent, carbon and oil, and manual cleaning was slow and hard on finished surfaces.

The LJ-L3600 lowered and raised the load and used vertical agitation with a heated bath and carbon-removal chemistry.

Cycle parameters were validated with representative mold inserts.
