LENJEX Project Record
A Tier-1 supplier added a clean-rinse-dry line to meet particle limits before engine assembly.
Project Context
The supplier machined valve and pump components in volume, and the existing spray washer left particles in cross-drilled holes and detergent residue on precision surfaces.
Assembly quality and the customer's cleanliness specification called for a repeatable, measurable process.
Before LENJEX
Spray washing depends on line-of-sight, and internal passages and recesses were not reached consistently.

Cleaning Solution
The LJ-CRD80 combined heated ultrasonic wash, counterflow rinse and drying, with filtration and oil skimming on the wash stage.
Process parameters were confirmed by trial cleaning and the agreed particle inspection method.
Project Outcomes
Performance depends on the workpiece, contamination, chemistry, loading method and acceptance criteria.
