Configuration follows the actual cleaning problem
Grinding slurry, quenching oil and fine abrasive residue affected bearing rings and rolling elements, with part sizes ranging up to 600 mm. The previous solvent-degreasing process was slow and inconsistent at production scale.
Cleaning Solution
Equipment and process approach
The configuration uses 28 KHz single-tank systems with 2.0 mm SUS304 walls, 55-60 degrees C heating, dual 5 micrometre bag filtration, insulated lids and divided baskets that prevent contact between precision parts.
The final configuration, utilities and acceptance method are matched to the project specification.
