LENJEX Industrial Cleaning
Benchtop Cleaners for an Electronics Manufacturer
Electronics & Electrical Components project record from Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
Project Context
Configuration follows the actual cleaning problem
Flux residue, solder particles, dust and light manufacturing oil affected connectors, sensors, PCB assemblies and small mechanical parts. Manual alcohol wiping was labor-intensive and inconsistent.

Cleaning Solution
Equipment and process approach
The documented units use a 3 L tank, 120 W ultrasonic output and one-key 40/60 KHz switching. The lower frequency addresses general flux and oil, while the higher frequency provides gentler cleaning for delicate parts.
The final configuration, utilities and acceptance method are matched to the project specification.
Project Outcomes
Cleaning results and process improvements
Performance depends on the workpiece, contamination, chemistry, loading method and acceptance criteria.
- Result 01The customer record reports a 90% reduction in manual cleaning labor
- Result 02Reported flux-residue removal above 99% across batches
- Result 03Compact units were integrated at existing workstations
- Result 04Repeatable settings supported downstream soldering reliability
